I watched American Idol tonight. I had just been drawing from a comic book called "Stupid Comics" by Jim Mahfood which is freakin sweet I might add. Anyway I was still in the mood for drawing and paused a couple times and drew Gina Glocksen and Jordin Sparks and really enjoyed it.

In drawing my comics one thing that has bugged me is the size of Ethan and all the characters. So I have been playing around with Ethan to see what he would he like at different sizes.

Several times this past week I have attempted to make a 23 entry but they have all turned out like crap. I'm not that pleased with this but it's a start. I just wanted to post something and hopefully now that I am over this stupid Castlerock crap I can move on, get back into the groove of things and start making better art.

Well here is my prairie dog attempt. I wanted to try coloring fur to see how well I could do. I think I need to learn some more on painting in photoshop because the technique I was using wasn't working like I had hoped. Any suggestions on how to color fur?
