random numbers and color study

Okay, I was wanting to do a color study and didn't know what to paint so I came up with a number system. I wrote out like some numbers and then assigned letters to them accordingly with where they fit in the alphabet, so A=1. The numbers that where over 24 I added together until they where less than 26. my numbers where5 3 7 9 7 or "ecgig". I did a google search and 9 entries pulled up and this color study is of one of those pictures, and I focused more on the color than on the accuracy of the drawing.

This is my very first color study with painting in photshop. It's really challenging to paint in photoshop when you have no idea how to do it. That being said after like 15 minutes of trying to paint I started to figure some stuff out so that now I have a much better understanding of way to paint with photoshop and my next entry should be even better.
What's strange with the numbers that I choose and then added together to make smaller ended up being my birthday, I just barely realized that, strange.
