The reason he is the last Dragon Hunter is because he was also "hunting" the other dragon hunters and as we all know most dragon hunters are actually homa phobes and so they all quit to stay away from him. As well he has a special power of sorts in that when he is getting into character he shouts "Drag on!" and he magically transforms into his Drag costume.
