It's a great drawing and I can tell it's Jake, though not until you mentioned his name though. I bet if Jake wore a mustache he would have been easier to reconize like Tom.
I bought this book a comic-con that gives good advice on drawing caricatures fast, I should bring it to work and let you see it.
