I was just looking at this again and is it me, or do his proportions look a little off?
I don't think it's immensely out of proportion - The lines on this one are perfect.
I think his arms and legs might need to be a bit longer... but really I think it looks great. It fits right in with the other characters you have for Zaps, so I really wouldn't worry about it at all.
